As planned, Venus Optics today unveiled the Laowa Argus 35mm f / 0.95 FF lens. This is a full frame lens designed for mirrorless cameras. It focuses manually. The lens will be offered in three versions, with Nikon Z, Sony E and Canon RF mounts.

The lens description indicates the shallow depth of field provided by the large maximum aperture. Its large maximum aperture makes the lens well suited for low-light photography. Its advantages also include a switch that allows you to choose between stepped and smooth aperture change.
