To celebrate 7 years since the opening, chef Marisabel Woodman get back on your La Peruana, in the Gardens, the countryman Jorge Munoz to cook a special menu with four hands.
The Peruvian’s first visit to the restaurant was in 2016 and at the 27th and 28th of Septemberwill be served eight times, with four starters – two cold and two hot -, two main courses and two desserts. The value will be R$ 450 per person.
The meeting promises to be full of surprises and the protagonists will be fish and seafood, all prepared with seasonal ingredients and some brought from Peru especially for the occasion.
The menu is still a surprise, but some bets on what should appear are the oysters with leche de tigre de rocoto and the pumpkin flower stuffed with grilled sea urchins.
