The Spanish authorities proceeded to evacuate three more cities in La Palma after the eruption of Kubre Vieha volcano with lava “swallowing” dozens of houses.
According to the APE-MPE, the authorities on the Spanish island of La Palma ordered the evacuation of the cities of Tahoya, Takade de Abaho and part of Takade de Ariba, which had not yet been evacuated due to its explosion volcano, became known today (24/9) by the emergency management services.
Authorities initially ordered residents of these cities to stay in their homes, but proceeded to evacuate due to increasing volcanic activity, according to the same source.
