Essencore has introduced two series of DDR5 memory modules under the Klevv brand. One of them includes “regular” modules, and the other – “gaming” ones, externally distinguished by the presence of radiators and RGB backlighting.

The first series will open with U-DIMMs for desktop PCs. The modules with a volume of 16 GB, operating at an effective frequency of 4800 MHz with latencies CL40-40-40 at a supply voltage of 1.1 V, use microcircuits manufactured by SK Hynix. These modules have been tested with Z690 motherboards from ASRock, Asus, Gigabyte and MSI. Later, the company promises to add 32GB modules and SO-DIMMs for laptops and small PCs to the series.

The second series will inherit the design of the current CRAS XR RGB series, with the addition of white. These modules will operate at frequencies up to 6400 MHz. The exact specifications will be announced at the time of release.
Klevv DDR5 memory modules are slated to go into production by the end of Q4 2021 and game modules in early 2022.
