A movie about a US Navy Special Forces mission is about to hit theaters. “War Time” however, it has some British actors in the cast, as Cosmo Jarvis , Joseph Quinn , Kit Connor and Willter .
In an interview with CNN the actor who gained fame by starring in the series “Heartstopper” He talked about which chapter in the history of England he would like to see on screen.
“We can all talk about the fact that, perhaps it is the case of the American education system as well, but I can only really talk about the British education system, Many times they do not teach children about the slightly more negative and dark sides of British history So maybe this would be a story that would be worth telling, ”said Connor.
“More attention to colonial terror. I think this would obviously be very beneficial to do this, talking about a social perspective,” said Quinn.
In “War time ”, A group is sent to the city of Ramadi, Iraq, for a mission, but it ends up falling into an ambush. This makes soldiers start an exit protocol while attacked by the opponents.
The film was written and directed by Alex Garland (“Ex_Machina: Artificial Instinct” and “Civil War”) and by the veteran Ray Mendoza who lent the memories for production.
