An ode to diversity. The great Cajetan Fish he keeps it: «But what the same and equal, it is not true that people are all the same. Indeed, we are all different, no one is a copy of the other, we are all originals». And so he, master, famous artist, designer and architect, wanted to do 400 resin chairsall in bright colors, all different from each other.
Someone will have already seen them at the last Milan Fashion Week, the one dedicated to spring/summer 2023: they were lined up, ready to seat the spectators.
The collection is called How are you? and the creative director commissioned it Matthieu Blazy for Bottega Veneta: each chair is a cotton canvas then immersed in colored resins, which give it, each time, an amazing effect. Especially if the top model sits on it Kate Mosswho posed (naked) to launch the new initiative: the chairs, in fact, were then taken overseas and, from 30 November to 4 Decemberare exposed to Miami Design, where they can be purchased. Prices? From 6 thousand to 10 thousand euros.

In addition to the chairs, there is also a book: the title is the same, How are you?, and recounts the conception, approach and process of collaboration, discovering the numerous connections between the creative practices and values of Gateano Pesce and Matthieu Blazy. In a limited edition, it has a strange shape, somewhat reminiscent of a chair and the covers are all different: more than a book, a work of art.
In addition to the book “How are you?”, even special chairs
