Joseph Quinn first shot gun at “War Time”

The British star Joseph Quinn 31, which has gained fame by starring in the series “Stranger Things”, is about to release its new movie, “War Time” where he plays a US Navy military man.

In an interview with CNN the actor spoke about the training that he and his castmates went through to bring real soldiers to life of a true story.

“We acquired many new skills. I had never fired an automatic weapon before . That was very crazy. Kit [Connor] He had a very large gun, so he was shooting and we didn’t shoot a shot throughout the movie, but we learned by precaution. The whole process was electrifying, very informative and fun, ”he said.

“We were very lucky to have intensive training of three weeks before we started filming, so [nos] reported about everything we did in the recordings. This process was unlike anything I had ever done . I will risk it and talk: it was unlike anything to do, and that was a great attraction for the project for the biggest of us, ”he said.

“War Time” accompany A platoon of the US Navy Special Operations Forces, positioned at a family’s home in Iraq. The title reaches Brazilian theaters on the day April 17 .

The direction is Alex Garland known for his works in “Ex_Machina: Artificial Instinct” (2014) and “Civil War” (2024), and the veteran Ray Mendoza . The script is based on the memories of Soldiers of the US Navy Special Forces.
