Jojo Todynho posted an outburst on social media this Thursday (14) criticizing people who borrow money and don’t pay it back.
“Either I’m going crazy, or my grandmother raised me wrong, because there are things that don’t fit in my head and I don’t know how to deal with it,” she said in a video posted on Instagram. “The person comes in humility and asks you to borrow money. You, with pity: ‘Wow, my friend needs it’, you go there and lend it. When you charge, you are wrong.”
Outraged, the artist added: “Let me tell you something about making commitments to others and not fulfilling them, borrowing money and not giving it back. I only have one thing to tell you: Damn, he doesn’t blink just once, because the stomachache comes again. And when you need it, you won’t have it.”
She also added that the problem is not the return itself, but the attitude: “It’s giving satisfaction. Because if it’s me doing this, it’s on every website: deadbeat, debtor. I want to know where the world got lost. It’s not about the money, folks, it’s about character.”
“I’m going to tell you something, I can see people in need that I can’t help anymore. Because when you give a hand to the poor thing, then the poor thing becomes you”, she said.
