The influencer Jade Picon 23, took advantage of the sunny day at Barra da Tijuca beach, Rio de Janeiro, to practice footvolley on the beach.
Jade showed off her defined six-pack and threw herself on the beach sand to practice the sport, while wearing an all-white bikini and a different pair of glasses.
Recently, the influencer attracted attention on social media when she dived into an ice pool after training.
She did a fight workout with her personal trainer and then got into the bathtub, a technique known to help reduce muscle inflammation and blood flow, which can alleviate muscle pain.
“When the moment of the day arrives… that’s it,” wrote the influencer in the video.
