Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated the calls of Iran’s nuclear infrastructure on Sunday, as Washington and Tehran have been involved in talks on an agreement on the Iranian nuclear program. The US and Iran have so far held three rounds of indirect talks with Oman’s mediation, aiming to seal an agreement that will prevent Tehran from obtaining a nuclear weapon but also remove the financial sanctions imposed by Washington. After talks in Rome earlier this month, Oman said that the US and Iran are seeking an agreement on which Tehran will be “completely free” of nuclear weapons but “will maintain the ability to develop nuclear energy for peaceful purposes”.
