Is Oasis coming back? It depends on Manchester City; understand

If Manchester City win the Champions League, Oasis will be back in action. At least that’s what singer Liam Gallagher guarantees in a tweet that was soon deleted, but immortalized by a print of comedian Jim Jeffries.

If Manchester City win the Champions League, I’ll call my brother and we’ll get back together with the band.

On another occasion, Gallagher responded to a fan saying that if the team wins the championship, it is ready for a meeting.

Fan: Will Oasis come back if Manchester City win the Champions League? Is there any possibility?
Liam: I’m ready.

The Champions League final will be between Manchester City and Inter Milan on June 10, at 4 pm, in Istanbul, Turkey.

Comeback in 2025?

But it may be that the Oasis meeting is not just in the hands of the English team.

According to The Sun, there is a rumor that 2025 will be the year of the return of the band behind “Wonderwall”, whose last performance together was on August 22, 2009, at the V Festival in Staffordshire, England.

The British newspaper claimed that Liam Gallagher’s agents from Wasserman Music are planning four nights of concerts in Knebworth, England, in 2025. It is the same venue where the brothers played two concerts for 250 thousand people in 1996, breaking attendance records in season.

According to The Sun, a source said: “It is too early for planning and the proposed dates are too far off. But if all the members agree, history will be made.”

At the moment, both Liam and Noel Gallagher are busy with their solo albums and touring for the next year.
