Iraq offers 220,000 tonnes of cereals in Syria

Iraq will send 220,000 tonnes of cereals to Syria as a “donation”, according to Syrian media, which said the first batch has already reached Deir Ezor. Last month, Syria had bought about 100,000 tonnes of cereals, in the first major bid by the new government in Damascus.
