Introduced a tiny crossover Hyundai Casper with a length of only 3.5 m

Hyundai has unveiled its smallest crossover in South Korea: the model is called the Hyundai Casper and is already available for pre-order.

The manufacturer clarified that the car was named after the Casper Flip trick, which is performed on a skateboard. The board flips in mid-air: just like the Hyundai Casper is set to flip the affordable crossover market. Car crossovers conditionally include a plastic body kit around the perimeter, as well as roof rails, although in size it is very similar to the Kia Picanto hatchback sold in Russia.

The dimensions of Hyundai Casper are 3595 x 1595 x 1575 mm with a wheelbase of 2400 mm. Kia Picanto differs only in height reduced to 1485 mm, otherwise they repeat each other in size. The manufacturer has so far shown only the Kazova design, and the interior will be presented a little later.

Hyundai Casper is built on the same K1 platform as the Kia Picanto. The drive can only be front-wheel drive, the basic version has a 1-liter 75-horsepower naturally aspirated engine, and the older version is equipped with a turbocharged engine with 99 horsepower.
