The court of Alagoas condemned digital influencer Kleverton Pinheiro de Oliveira, known as Kel Ferreti, ten years in prison for the crime of rape.
The sentence was issued last Tuesday (15) by the 4th Criminal Court of the capital. In addition to the prison sentence, the influencer was ordered to pay compensation of $ 50,000 for psychological damages to the victim.
According to the lawsuit, the crime occurred on June 16, 2024, in an inn located in the neighborhood of Cruz das Almas, in Maceió. Since December last year, Kel Ferreti has been arrested preventively.
In the decision, Judge Josemir Pereira de Souza stressed the extreme violence employed by the accused and highlighted the existence of another criminal case in secret against Kel Ferreti, which is processed in the 17th Criminal Court of the capital, related to a criminal organization.
“One cannot act indifferently in the face of an examined case, in which the accused would have acted with extreme violence to the victim, who was completely subdued due to the aggressiveness of the sentenced,” the judge said in his sentence.
