A 33-year-old digital influencer, investigated for promoting raffles on social networks, was temporarily arrested by the Civil Police of Minas Gerais last Thursday (16).
The man was detained in a luxury residence located in Santa Luzia, metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte, during operation Cota Premiada, launched by the State Department for Combating Corruption and Fraud, with support from the 2nd Civil Police Station in Santa Luzia.
According to the police, 11 vehicles, worth approximately R$4 million, were seized. Among them are eight luxury cars, a motorcycle, a watercraft and a trailer.
The suspect is being investigated for gambling, money laundering, misrepresentation and tax evasion. He was sent to the prison system and is at the disposal of the Court.
