In the modern world, conditional artificial intelligence is used everywhere – for autonomous driving, drawing, working with a lot of data, or identifying a person by a face. But Russian specialists have decided to introduce the latest technology in yet another direction, which could potentially take away the work of many HR managers and personnel managers. The fact is that scientists from the National Center for Cognitive Research at ITMO University managed to teach the artificial intelligence system to select highly qualified employees for the customer to perform any task.
Scientists even told about how this mechanism works. First, the system evaluates the total number of suitable highly qualified candidates in scientometric databases, in citations and patents, after which it selects potentially suitable employees for the task. After that, artificial intelligence independently follows the digital trail of each of the potential employees, using open sources – specialized resources or just social networks. The result is a full-fledged profile of the candidate with his education, work experience, necessary knowledge and professional experience, even a summary of the social circle, interests, inclinations and addictions.
The resulting candidate profile is sent to the customer, who studies the collected information. In the event that a person looks really suitable for a given task, the customer can call the candidate for an interview in person – AI can also help with this. The system can create a list of questions for an interview and can even evaluate the interlocutor’s honesty during a video conference (for this, the voice timbre, speech speed and facial expression of a person are analyzed).
