In the video, Deolane appears alongside her parents and comments that she talked to her mother about the “chain adventures” . She claims to be organizing her ideas and promised to share more details with her followers.
“So much to tell. But I am firm and strong, always believing in God’s justice. Because He is faithful and just. And He fulfills His promises. And you will not regret having supported me. To those who supported me, right? To those who didn’t, kisses,” he joked.
Freedom during the process
The release of Deolane, her mother and fifteen other people investigated in “Operation Integration” was authorized by a decision by judge Eduardo Guilliod Maranhão, of the 4th Criminal Chamber of Recife-PE, last night (23).
Unlike what happened on September 9, when she was granted house arrest and had to wear an electronic ankle bracelet, Deolane will now respond to the process in freedom, after the preventive detention was revoked.
On that occasion, the influencer returned to prison just over 24 hours after receiving the benefit, for failing to comply with precautionary measures, including publishing a photo on Instagram, which ended up leading to her second return to prison.
In this scenario, the precautionary measures are also different and include determinations such as not changing address without prior judicial authorization, not leaving the district where they reside without prior judicial authorization, not committing another intentional criminal offense, appearing before the 12th Criminal Court of the Capital within 24 hours and being prohibited from frequenting any company that has any type of connection with Operation Integration.
