Keir Starmer has warned he does not have a “magic wand” to solve Britain’s problems, after three more polls were published predicting a landslide victory for Labor in the July 4 general election. The Labor leader is forecast to enter Downing Street with a 200-seat majority, the largest of any British party in a century, according to the latest YouGov poll. According to the forecast, Labor will secure 425 seats, while Rishi Sunak’s Tories will be reduced to 108, down from the 365 they have held since 2019. Several of the government’s top ministers are expected to lose their seats. A Savanta poll for the Telegraph predicts Labor will secure 516 seats and the Tories just 53.
