Honor today officially announced the opening of its global headquarters in Shenzhen, China. The company confirmed that various R&D centers from regions such as Beijing, Xi’an, Nanjing and others are also moving to a new location.
Honor made an announcement on its Weibo social media page, which featured photos of the new global headquarters. In addition, the Chinese smartphone maker also said the new location will house state-of-the-art and sophisticated laboratory equipment and a variety of offices, helping the company and its team grow.

The headquarters is located in Futian District of Shenzhen and covers a total area of 350,000 square meters. Honor’s new headquarters is located just 12 kilometers from the headquarters of Huawei, its former parent company.
Huawei sold its subsidiary Honor in November last year, since then the brand has been completely independent.
