HELVE: The reconstituted Board of Directors the company’s

ELBE announced that the Company’s Board of Directors, elected by the annual Ordinary General Meeting of its shareholders, which took place on September 28, 2020, with a five-year term starting from September 28, 2020, was reconstituted into a body initially following the decision of annual Ordinary General Meeting of its shareholders, which took place on 14^the July 2021 and decided to replace Mr. Angelos Tsatsoulis with Mr. Triantafyllos Tsamantani as an independent member of the Board of Directors. and subsequently reconstituted again following the decision of the annual Ordinary General Meeting of its shareholders, which took place on 8^the August 2022 and decided the replacement of Mr. Henry Ronald Barkshire by Mr. Ioannis Englesos and his designation as an independent member of the Board of Directors. and the replacement of Ms. Eleni Papagakis by Mr. Paschalis Kayas and his designation as an independent member of the Board of Directors.

1. Telemachos Kitsikopoulos of Paschalis, President & CEO, executive member of the Board of Directors.

2. Paschalis Kitsikopoulos of Telemachus, CEO executive member of the Board of Directors.

3. Cornelia Kitsikopoulos of Telemachus, Vice President non-executive member of the Board of Directors.

4. Paschalis Kayas tou Christos, independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors.

5. Ioannis Eglezos of Anastasios, independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors.

6. Eleni Samaras of Emmanuel, independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors.

7. Dimitriou Triantafyllos Tsamantanis, independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors.

This Council will manage the company until the end of its term, as defined by the decision of the Ordinary General Assembly of September 28, 2020, i.e. on September 27, 2025.

The powers of representation granted by the decision of the Board of Directors. which was received at the meeting of September 28, 2020, are still valid, i.e. the company is represented jointly or individually by the President & CEO Mr. Telemachos Kitsikopoulos and the CEO Mr. Paschalis Kitsikopoulos.

It was also unanimously decided that in the event of the absence of the President, Mr. Paschalis Kitsikopoulos, CEO of the Company, is designated as his deputy in terms of his executive duties.
