He puts his house up for sale to pay for the treatment of his puppy

There are more and more people who value the phrase “pets are one more member of the family”, treating them as such, because in addition to taking care of giving them all the love and care possible, when they see them in danger, they do everything everything possible to keep them safe.

Just like Jaxon Feeley, a British boy who, worried and desperate for the health of his dog who, after suffering from a couple of illnesses that led to hypovolemic shock, is taking a rather expensive treatment, found himself forced to auction off his house in order to save the life of his beloved loin.

Since last January 20, Jaxon Feeley, a native of the United Kingdom, has been visiting the vet trying to save the life of Rambo, his two-year-old Weimaraner dog, who, for some strange reason unknown to vets so far, contracted gastroenteritis and pneumonia. Due to the great loss of blood and other fluids caused by these conditions, the tenderloin presented hypovolemic shock.

Due to this, Rambo’s heart could not pump enough blood to his body, so his mood and physical condition dropped considerably in a few days, which is why his beloved master did not hesitate for a second to take him to the hospital. veterinarian, where they immediately gave him care, but due to his critical health, he remained in intensive care for ten days.

Vets are now continually attempting to drain Rambo’s lung and monitoring the infection within his lungs, while assessing the level of bacteria in the fluid being drained.

However, Jaxon was not only worried about the delicate state of health of his little loin that was hovering between life and death, but also about paying the costs of the veterinary hospital, since the expenses amounted to just over 24 thousand dollars. Situation in which he immediately thought of selling his house, since his salary as a prison officer was not enough to afford that amount of money.

Concerned about the health of his dog and the pressure to pay the vet, the boy found himself in need of requesting financial help to pay for Rambo’s treatment, so he opened a GoFundMe campaign, where he managed to raise the money to pay the expenses of the vet, since in a few days he raised more than 33 thousand dollars.

After fulfilling the objective of his Internet campaign, Rambo began to show improvement in his health, because after four days in critical condition, he suddenly began to get enough oxygen, to eat on his own, and his lungs to recover. Little by little, his health stopped being critical and, slowly, he was recovering his cheerful personality.

Given the improvement that the little loin presented, he was discharged and returned home so that Jaxon could continue with his care. The British boy thanked everyone who donated for Rambo’s expenses, as he assured that on more than one occasion both he and Rocky, his other dog, have saved his life, so he only has to take care of them with a lot of love to their beloved dogs.
