A woman from Florida, USA was arrested and accused of diving naked in pool of a stranger last Monday.
69-year-old homeowner James Clark called police when he saw naked woman to swim in his pool. Specifically, he returned from a doctor’s appointment and found 42-year-old Heather Kennedy swimming in the pool.
When police arrived, Kennedy, who lives a short distance from Clark’s home, initially refused to get out of the water.
When the woman finally managed to get out of the pool, she fought with the police who tried to handcuff her, according to the police.
The woman is accused of trespassing and resisting the authorities.
