The special dishes will be on display from September to November this year and privilege traditional ingredients from the restaurants of the Fasano Group present in classic dishes from italian cuisine .

In the selection of starters, the options are hot goat cheese salad with sesame seeds and cherry tomato confit with mustard sauce (R$81); Seared tuna and caponata with eggplant, tomato, onion, capers and celery (R$ 81) and lamb carpaccio with arugula, fried artichoke and balsamic vinegar reduction (R$ 81).

For the main wing, the chef prioritized the use of fresh pasta made in the restaurant, in addition to seafood and poultry.

Some examples are the yellow and green tortelli stuffed with artichokes and taleggio (Italian cheese with a creamy texture), with hazelnut and porcini mushroom powder (R$88), and the spaghetti alla chitarra (R$129), typical of the Abruzzo region. , served with lamb ragout and pecorino cheese.

Another pasta option is tagliolini in squid ink served with squid, cherry tomato and arugula pesto (R$98).

Also among the main ones, there are dishes such as grilled octopus accompanied by venere rice (R$ 144), a brown variety of Italian grain, served with cherry tomato confit, extra virgin olive oil and herbs, stuffed and roasted quail with wholegrain polenta and foie gras (R$162), and grilled guinea hen breast with black truffles in mushroom and polenta sauce (R$125).

For dessert, the chef created two recipes: cocoa pudding with hazelnut and amaretto cookies (R$32) and mille-feuille filled with semisweet and milk chocolate with hazelnut syrup and mascarpone ice cream and Minas cheese (R$48).
