Germany’s Christian Union announced its new ministers

The proposal of the Christian Union (CDU/CSU) for the staffing of ministries attributable to the new government coalition seems to include close leadership associates, a journalist and market official, with Johann Vadanpoul becoming the first Christian Democrat (CDU). According to a statement from the CDU leader and most likely new Chancellor Friedrich Mertz, Johann Vandoupoul, 62, one of the leading foreign policy officials, will take over the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, after refusing to refuse MEPs. Mr Vandoupoul has already unofficially met with his counterparts of France and Britain. 56-year-old Alexander Dobrida of the Christian Social Union (CSU), who has served as Minister of Transport under the Government under Angela Merkel in 2013-2017, will be crucial for the migration political ministry (CSU).
