A further shrinking of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) and the Liberal Party (FDP) and stagnation for the Greens shows a new poll, on behalf of the BILD newspaper.
The Christian Union (CDU/CSU) with 28% (+1) continues to strengthen and widen its gap with the SPD, which once again falls below 20%. With a loss of one point from the previous measurement, it is at 19%, behind the Greens, who remain at 22%.
The third government partner, the FDP, continues to erode and loses one more point, reaching 8%. The Alternative for Germany (AfD) also loses one unit and is limited to 10%, while the Left remains at 4%, below the electoral threshold of 5%.
In the same poll, 56% of respondents express dissatisfaction with the work of the government as a whole, while the performance of Chancellor Olaf Solz is judged negatively by 51%.
