A 32-year-old woman lost her life. The other, 36, was seriously injured. Both jumped from the fourth floor of a building in Genoa. They are two sisters of Albanian nationality. The tragedy occurred in front of the neighbors who heard the sound of the first woman falling in the internal courtyard and called for help, trying, in vain, to save the second.

The four small children were in the house, it was they, with the help of the firefighters, who opened the door which was locked from the inside.
According to local newspapers, the woman was separated from her husband and in the past had reported him for mistreatment. However, the man, who had been sentenced to 8 months, was not near the house this morning. He would also have had a ban on approaching the house, which expired in the past months. The older sister is in very serious condition at the San Martino hospital.
At the moment, no letters or messages have been found that give explanations for the actions of the two women.
