The International Committee of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent (DES) announced on Thursday that one of its facilities in the Gaza Strip was damaged by an explosion. This is the second similar incident that occurs in three weeks. The ICCs said it was “indignant” because yesterday, Wednesday, April 16th, its establishment in Gaza “was hit and damaged by an explosive”, as a battle shells hit its installation in the Palestinian Palestinian War. The care and assistance organization did not specify which side hit its installation in the press release. “The two incidents were noted although the buildings were apparent and all parties were regularly informed of their location,” the PSE said.
