Tássia Magalhães , Luiz Filipe Souza , Dagoberto Torres , Eric Jacquin , Bel Coelho and Benny Novak disembark on the coast of São Paulo next weekend for the 10th edition of Gastronomic Festival of the Buscapé Project.
The event returns to its normal schedule after a two-year break due to the Covid-19 pandemic and will bring together the coolest chefs in São Paulo in Camburi, in São Sebastião, to raise funds for the Buscapé Project, which contributes to the training of 170 children in situations of social vulnerability
The curator is the chef Eudes Assisi from the restaurant Taioba in Camburi, and will also count on the participation of the hot pork of the couple Jefferson and Janaina Rueda, of La Guapa in Paola Carosella It’s from Camellia Ódódó in Beautiful Gil.
The delicacies will be prepared and served by the chefs themselves. In total, more than 50 of them will be present and will sell their dishes between R$5 and R$20. Traditional games will also take place at the place, such as fishing and boca do clown for R$3.
In addition to the food, the 10th Gastronomic Arraial of the Buscapé Project has drinks donated by personalities from the gastronomic scene in São Paulo. Carolina Oda bring gin, beer and kombucha, and Daniela Bravin will bring the wines that can be bought in glasses and bottles. Dudu Quintella will donate the cachaças used to make the peanut smoothie.
Master brewers in the region will also provide 30 liters of artisanal draft beer, as well as Single Fin, a local gin distillery, will be responsible for the gin and tonic. The traditional quentão will be under the care of the caiçara Dona Lavínia.
All the amount raised will be fully donated to the social project, which promotes cooking, sports and cultural classes for children in the South Coast neighborhoods of São Sebastião.
The project’s headquarters are in Boiçucanga and, according to Eudes Assis, who also serves as Buscapé’s vice president and gastronomy coordinator, the objective is to make one of the kitchens in the building able to offer breakfast, lunch and snacks for all children. .
