Presenter Adriane Galisteu, 51, used social media this Monday (2), to speak out after some internet users pointed out injustices to her in the series “Senna”, which premiered on November 29th and tells the story of the pilot of Formula 1 Ayrton Senna.
Some internet users pointed out that Adriane Galisteu was wronged for having less time in the production than Xuxa.
After the controversy, Adriane used Stories to thank the public for their affection and care.
“I know you are curious to know my opinion on everything that is happening. All the tributes, whether in the form of a book, film, DVD, series, miniseries that concern Ayrton, are all wonderful, deserved and very, very well done”, she said.
“We have an obligation to perpetuate Ayrton’s story for all generations. I am the first to see, the first to applaud, the first to get emotional and raise all the flags and say that his story must always be told”, continued the presenter.
She also said she knew that all the artists involved in the production gave their best and were handpicked. “We can never let this story pass or die. But you know that I never hid that Ayrton’s story is much bigger than my relationship with him”, he stated.
“My relationship with him was the last year and a half of his life. However, it was by my side, and this story also belongs to me. And it was also a story lived intensely, full of love, full of fun. A completely different Ayrton from what you have ever seen”, she explained.
“The only news is that I may be considering the possibility of telling this last year and a half of my life with him for the first time, and I think you will love it. I don’t think so. I’m sure you’ll love it”, concluded Adriane.
