Funk singer Kauan Soares, 16, better known as MC Meno K and responsible for the hits “Cabelinho na Régua” and “Camisa do Flamengo”, was one of five victims of gunshots on the way out of a party in the city of Alvorada, region metropolitan area of Porto Alegre, on Monday night (29). According to the singer’s team, he is hospitalized and his life is not at risk.
“We inform the public that MC Meno K suffered an attempted murder while leaving a party and is hospitalized. So far, we have information that his health condition is stable and without risk of life,” the note said.

According to the delegate of the Civil Police of Rio Grande do Sul responsible for the case, Edmar Machado de Souza, one of the five people shot died on the spot and another is in serious condition at the Cristo Redentor hospital. In addition to the singer, two other girls were injured.
