Commercial manager and influencer Rodrigo Mussi (36), a former participant in the reality show Big Brother Brasil (BBB), on TV Globo, victim of a car accident on Thursday night (31) in São Paulo, remains hospitalized in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Hospital das Clínicas.
In a medical bulletin released this Sunday (3) on Mussi’s Instagram, Mussi’s team said that he had a significant improvement in the last 24 hours, and is progressing in his recovery, “reacting very well”.
The former reality show contestant’s kidney function improved and “he moved his arms and legs”.
During the accident, on the access to the Rio Pinheiros waterfront, in the West Zone of the capital, Mussi suffered head trauma, in addition to fractures throughout his body. He underwent leg and head surgery. According to the influencer’s advice, the procedure was completed last night. Mussi remains under observation for the next 48 hours, sedated in the ICU.
This Friday, the influencer’s advice reported that the surgeries performed were successful and that Mussi reacts well, still hospitalized in the ICU.
According to the São Paulo Public Health Department (SSP), the car Mussi was in crashed into a truck. The driver of the vehicle and the truck were heard and submitted to a breathalyzer test, which was negative for both.
Also according to the SSP, the case was registered as culpable bodily injury, and the victim’s family members were advised about the deadline for criminal representation to continue the investigations.
