Actress Elisabeth Moss, protagonist of the series “The Handmaid's Tale”, speculated that the sixth and final season of the production should only premiere in 2025.
Despite this, she confirmed that recordings should begin next summer in the United States (between June and August).
“People are starting to get really upset [pela espera], especially when I say that we haven't even started recording yet. So it probably won’t come out before 2025,” commented Moss.
The actress' statement was given in interview on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Tuesday night (30). She appeared pregnant and also said that it will be her first child.
Despite this, the television network responsible for the series, Hulu, has not confirmed a release window for the production.
The comment about the show's fans' irritation with the delay has to do with the fact that the previous season of “The Handmaid's Tale” ended almost a year ago.
