Filming for the 2nd season of “Wandinha” begins; see everything that is known

Netflix announced this Tuesday (7) the start of recording for the second season of “Wandinha” and revealed some new features for the 2nd year.

The members of the Addams family, Gomez, Morticia and Pugsley, join the main cast of the production and will be at the center of the plot of the new episodes.

“We’re so excited about the entire Addams family joining School Never Again this season, along with a dream cast of icons and new faces,” the show’s creators said. Al Gough It is Miles Millar .

Names like Christopher Lloyd (“The Addams Family” and “Back to the Future”), Steve Buscemi (“Rent dogs”), Billie Piper (“Doctor Who”), Noah Taylor (“The fantastic chocolate factory”), Thandiwe Newton (“Westworld”), Haley Joel Osment (“The Sixth Sense” and “The Kominsky Method”), Joonas Suotamo (“Star Wars”) and more joined the cast of the series. Furthermore, much of the cast from the first season returns for the new episodes, such as Catharine Zeta-Jones (Mortícia), Luis Gúzman (Gomez), Emma Myers (Enid), Joy Sunday (Bianca), Hunter Doohan (Tyler), Victor Dorobantu (The Thing) and Moosa Mostafa (Eugene).

In an interview with Vanity Fair in February, the protagonist Jenna Ortega said that the new season will expand the supernatural world of the series and revealed that the episodes will be more memorable individually.

“Reading the scripts has been exciting, seeing all the new characters that are coming. We are definitely expanding the supernatural world. Our show had all kinds of werewolves and vampires. And I think we expanded that a little bit,” she said.

“In the first season we had episodes that really stood out visually, like the dance episode, which was very important to people. (…) Each episode [da segunda temporada] What I've read so far is like this. They stand out on their own with a very memorable scene or setting.

“Wandinha” is a production of Tim Burton , who also signs some episodes. The series places a family already known to viewers, the Addams, in a new context, with the couple's eldest daughter as the protagonist.
