Festival brings together producers and great chefs to benefit children with cancer

TUCCA and Le Cordon Bleu come together and offer a fair of carefully selected gastronomic products, classes and tastings taught by great guest chefs between days May 16th and 18th, in São Paulo.

Curated by the gastronomic journalist Patricia Ferraz, the event is the result of a partnership between TUCCA, the Association for the Treatment of Children and Adolescents with Cancer, and Le Cordon Bleu, the main global network of culinary arts and hospitality management institutes. All proceeds from the event will go towards the institution.

With three major attractions on the agenda, the festival begins with a dinner and charity auction on Friday, May 17th, prepared by Le Cordon Bleu chefs.

On Saturday and Sunday, May 18th and 19th the ground floor of the institute building, in Vila Madalena, will host the fair with 26 producers including Shihoma Deli, Caramelo confeitaria, Cervejaria Catimba, Mission Chocolates, Escola Sorvete, Fazenda Atalaia, Capril do Bosque, Mil Folhas, Taaroa Tábuas, Jais Charcuterie and Conservas Artesanais, Grand Cru, Make Hommus, Projeto A.Mar, Salumeria Mayer , between others.

Entry to the fair costs R$15, which can be purchased in advance or on the spot.

Caramel Confectionery

To the classes and tastings , only on the 18th cost from R$100 + fees and will be taught by celebrity chefs and guest sommeliers, such as Lucas Corazza (GNT), Luciano Nardelli (Carlos Pizza), Pedro Frade (Caramelo Confeitaria), Manoel Beato (Fasano), Antonio Maiolica (Cucina Temperani), among others.

Classes last 1 hour and include a small tasting of the dish taught. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
