With matrix in Sao Paulo and unit opened this year in Brasilia a Barbecue Farm has just launched an unprecedented project with the aim of bringing to Brazil the most varied flavors and styles of barbecue in the world.
The proposal of “World’s Barbecue ” is to receive an internationally renowned chef every three months to carry out an exclusive preparation at the brand’s branches.
After the guest’s passage on national soil, the recipe is available on the menu for about a month.
The first name chosen was Dutch Jordan Althuizen author of barbecue books and the name behind Black Smoke restaurants in the Netherlands.

The preparation developed by the chef is inspired by the cuisine of the southern United States and involves Bourbon flamed rib shorts , grilled pumpkin bread, grilled corn and mashed corn. The dish costs R$ 170 and serves two people.
The recipe is available at Fazenda Churrascada branches throughout the month of October.
