Favoritto, a trendy restaurant in Trancoso, has two new siblings: Bonitto and Allegria, all located in the Quadrado.
under the direction of Leticia Turano and Leandro Oliveira – couple with more than 15 years of experience in the area -, the Favorite has been present in the city for four years and carries a memory of Greek restaurants combined with axé from Bahia and a menu specialized in mediterranean cuisine 🇧🇷
After the success in the region, the couple decided to expand and inaugurate two ventures, the restaurants handsome and joy 🇧🇷
BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANT
The new Bonitto restaurant wants to use gastronomy as a means of valuing the Discovery Coast, the identity of the indigenous peoples of the region and the land where it is located. The menu will be full of meat, seafood and vegetables, the house will have a contemporary parrilla, where everything will be done in the fire and in a primitive way, strengthening the historical and cultural memory of the place.
ALLEGRIA RESTAURANT
The second venture, Allegria will have a fusion cuisine with different dishes inspired by Asian cuisine. The restaurant proposes a total immersion with nature through natural, fresh and raw food, in addition to welcoming its visitors in a large Quadrado garden.
Environment and inauguration
Designed by architect Sara Romano Afonso, the group’s three restaurants provide environments connected with the cuisine they present. The Favoritto values the sea, while the Bonitto brings elements of the earth and the Allegria proposes a connection with natural life.
The environment at Bonitto has a privileged view of the sea and a decoration that reinforces the local identity, full of ethnic and cultural traits. The group’s third restaurant, Allegria, is not located in a house, but in a large garden, enhancing the connection with native life through an arboreal environment that brings a large bar structure and exclusive wine cellar.
The new undertakings of the group inaugurate in a scheme soft opening from the 20/12.
