A fake delivery man, aged 25, was arrested last Wednesday (20) after being caught with drugs in a backpack in the Limão neighborhood, in the north of São Paulo.
According to the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat, the teams were returning to the base after a sporting event, when they observed a motorcyclist at high speed and with the vehicle’s license plate partially covered.
At that moment, the police ordered the driver to stop, a request that, according to the corporation, was not heeded by the driver. Subsequently, the motorcyclist removed the backpack that was with him, which was then recovered by the teams.
After a chase, the suspect lost his balance and fell off the motorcycle. According to the police, the man picked up the drugs in Guarulhos, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, and was destined to deliver them to Brasilândia, in the north zone of the capital of São Paulo.
630 portions of drugs packaged for sale were found with the suspect, 450 of which were marijuana and 108 were cocaine.
The man was taken to a hospital, where he was treated and released. The suspect, who had previously been arrested for drug trafficking, was taken to the police station. The case was registered at the 13th DP (Casa Verde).
