The singer and guitarist Eric Clapton 79, is coming to Brazil and performing four shows starting this Tuesday (24). The performances are part of a world tour, held in celebration of his 60-year career. Despite the proximity of the dates, some tickets are still available.
The first stop will be at Ligga Arena, in Curitiba. Then, the artist will go to Rio de Janeiro, where he will perform at Jeunesse Arena. Finally, he will perform two shows in São Paulo — on Saturday (28) at Vibra São Paulo and on Sunday (29), at Allianz Parque.
Tickets are on sale at Livepass website and according to a survey conducted on Monday (23), all dates had tickets available. In addition, the performances in the country will feature the opening show by Grammy-winning singer and guitarist Gary Clark Jr.
The shows in Brazil mark the guitarist’s return after more than a decade. The artist’s last visit to the country was in 2011, when he performed two shows in Rio de Janeiro, one in São Paulo and another in Porto Alegre. Before that, he was in Brazil in 1990 and 2001.
