The disagreement between a businessman identified as Kerli Fabrício, aged 37, and the employee Eliandro Bastos, 36, during the company get-together resulted in the death of boss stabbed last Saturday (21), in the Angelina Quirino neighborhood, in Cláudio (MG).
According to reports from the PM to CNN witnesses said that the fight would have been motivated after Kerli had warned Eliandro that that was the employee’s last day at the company with the justification that he is a expensive service provider .
Faced with dissatisfaction, the perpetrator of the crime grabbed a knife and hit the victim in the abdomen, neck and left shoulder . After trying to be stopped by other people, Eliandro invaded another location and hid in a vacant lot.
The military carried out investigations and managed to first locate the criminal’s relatives. Eliandro’s mother and brother convinced him to hand himself over to the police and the rescue was carried out in a location agreed with the PM, in addition to the knife used in the action which also was seized . After arrest, Eliandro was taken to the Civil Police’s Second State Digital Duty Center.
The perpetrator of the crime said in a report to the police that he had taken this action because I was afraid of losing my life . According to him, the boss had a gun and that he would have been dragged and arrested in a warehouse . This version has not been confirmed .
In a note, the Civil Police of Minas Gerais (PCMG) ordered the arrest red-handed for murder qualified for a futile reason.
On that occasion, official PCMG expertise arrived at the scene to carry out the first surveys and the victim’s body was sent to the Medical-Legal Center for examinations and, shortly after, released to family members.
The investigations continue to be carried out by the 5th Civil Police Station in the municipality.
