The company ELVALHALCOR proceeded to the signing of two bond loans. According to an announcement issued, the first bond loan was signed with Piraeus Bank and amounts to 20 million euros, while the second was signed with Eurobank and amounts to 15 million euros.

The “ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINUM INDUSTRY SA” announces in accordance with article 17 par. 1 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and Article 2, paragraph 2, indent (m) of sub-no. 3/347 / 12.7.2005 Decision of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission:

the signing of a joint bond loan, totaling fifteen million euros (EUR 15,000,000) with the “Eurobank Bank SA”, in order to meet the needs of working capital, capital expenditures and refinancing of existing borrowing. The loan is for two years and is issued under Law 4548/2018. And

the signing of a joint bond loan, totaling twenty million euros (EUR 20,000,000) with the “PIRAEUS BANK SOCIETE ANONYME”, in order to cover the needs of working capital, capital expenditures and refinancing of existing d. The loan is for a period of five years and is issued in the framework of Law 4548/2018.
