Liquid Cooling Specialist EK has unveiled Quantum Torque ferrules for fittings that will appeal to those looking to build aesthetics. These rings are painted in a variety of colors, among which you can choose the one that suits every taste. Or almost anything. There are seven options in total: nickel, green, gold, purple, blue, red and black.
The rings are supplied in packs of six of the same color. They are exclusive to the EK-Quantum Torque series fittings. The nickel plated ring is made from CNC machined nickel plated brass, while the black, green, gold, red, blue and purple rings are made from CNC machined aluminum. The ferrule notch has a notch that shows the color of the decorative ring on the fitting. These decorative colored rings are available in many colors and screw onto the fitting in front of the retaining ferrule. They are sold separately.
Rings of 12, 14 and 16 mm are available for EK-Quantum Torque HDC rigid tubing fittings, and rings of 13 and 16 mm are available for EK-Quantum Torque STC flexible hose fittings. Any kit costs 29.90 euros.
