One Easter egg that carries black garlic and which has a garlic shape has been sold in Paris for about R $ 630 (95 euros). This is the invention for this year’s Easter of The Peninsula Paris hotel, which has chef Pâtisserie Anne Coruble behind the recipe.
Baptized “Ebony Treasure”, the Sweet has garlic head shape And it is composed of caramelized and crystallized black garlic, 40% Madagascar milk chocolate and toasted Piémont hazelnut notes.
To be included, garlic goes through a slow process where heat and time turn white teeth into black gems. The result gives a sweet final flavor.
In addition to the Easter egg, the interior of the candy comes with eight black garlic cloves made with velvety black garlic ganache and hazelnut pelinê.
The dessert is available until April 22, requiring the request with a period of 72 hours in advance for production.
The invention is part of The Peninsula Paris Confer Shop menu, a hotel with two Michelin keys that has 200 accommodation. Overlooking the Eiffel Tower and the Roves of Paris, the L’Oiseau Blanc restaurant is one of the gastronomic destinations of the piece and adds two Michelin stars.
