For the third time in a row, the restaurant Orphali Bros Bistro in Dubai, was elected The best restaurant in the Middle East and North Africa . The result was announced on Tuesday (28) in ceremony of the Middle East and North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 regional arm of the prestigious ranking The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
The list included restaurants from 11 cities throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Of the 50 best restaurants this year, 22 are in the United Arab Emirates, 19 in Dubai and three in Abu Dhabi. Egypt comes next with seven houses and Jordan just behind, with six.
Best restaurants

Founded in 2021 by Syrian brothers, the Orphali Bros Bistro It is in the WASL 51 area and is led by the chef Mohammad orphali . The menu is a tribute to the Syrian roots and culinary traditions with which the brothers have grown, mixed with Arab and Mediterranean contemporary flavors.
Besides Mohammad, Wassim and Omar orphali These are the confectioners chefs, responsible for the desserts of the piece. Vote
The list is compiled by a gym consisting of 250 leaders from 19 countries across the region in the restaurant sector. The gym is divided into six regions, each with their own members panel, including a president.
The panel consists of gastronomic writers, journalists, critics, chefs and restaurant owners. For the list of 2025, each gym member voted in up to ten restaurants, with at least four located outside the country where they are living.
