The countdown is officially starting. The new episodes of Don Matteocoming soon on Raiuno, are ready to conquer the public with the fourteenth season, which will probably be aired in March 2024.

After the passing of the baton from Terence Hill / Don Matteo, the first photo of the new Captain of the Carabinieri, Diego Martino, was finally revealed, intent on winning back his ex, the prosecutor Vittoria Guidi (Gaia Messerklinger) in Spoleto.

Eugenio Mastrandrea takes care of interpreting it, who on Netflix starred in the miniseries Fscratch rom alongside Zoe Saldana and continued international career with The Equalizer 3, the new chapter in the film saga with Denzel Washington. The film, in theaters from August 30, sees the return of Elle Fanning but, being shot in part on the Amalfi Coast, includes an Italian group of actors, including Andrea Dodero (the desire entrusted to Vanity Fair did very well!).

In the image he receives a welcome to the team directly from Don Massimo (Raoul Bova), so there is an air of great camaraderie. The cast includes the historical face Nino Frassica (Marshal Cecchini), Nathalie Guetta (Natalina) and Francesco Scali (Pippo), while it is not known whether the prosecutor Marco Nardi (Maurizio Lastrico) will leave the team. Even Maria Chiara Giannetta, who the public has also come to love in Blanca, whose filming of the second season is underway, could leave the uniform of captain Anna Olivieri. For now, the two have confirmed their presence on Instagram, but it is not yet known how long: they speak of a tiring communication and, visibly excited, also of a thank you to the spectators who have always followed them with affection.

Lastrico is currently in the cast of Call my agent – ​​Italy (on Sky and NOW), as well as around Italy with the theatrical show Leave every beating you who enter.
