Dominican Republic: Free man claiming to save people after the collapse of the jet set set set set

A man accused of falsely spreading many people from the club that collapsed on April 8 at Domingo Santo, was released today, on restrictive terms, his lawyer announced. Rafael Rosario Motta, 32, was arrested in the middle of the week by Dominican police after giving many local media interviews, claiming that he was involved in rescuing 12 people from the debris of the club jet set. 231 people killed the collapse of the building’s roof. Motta was paid for the interviews he was giving, according to police that described him as a “pseudo -priest”. His lawyer, Johanan Linares Rosario, said he was released today with a guarantee of 200,000 peso (about 3,400 euros) and a ban on leaving the country.
