In the second season, the character Doctor Who (NCUTI GATWA) Know Belinda Chandra (Varada Sethu) and begins a time to take her back to Earth. However, a mysterious force is preventing its return and the Tardis team that travels in time needs to face hazards, enemies and terrors larger than ever.

The huge legacy of the franchise does not intimidate the author. “There is a side of mine that is always looking for something new and innovative, looking for spaces on television where things have not yet been said, areas that have not yet been explored. This is essential for ‘Doctor Who’,” he reflects.

“I’m trying to make Doctor more modern than ever,” he continued. “There is always a new idea coming up, and that’s exactly what we should look for. To be sincere, I trust my own instincts.”

For season two, Davies promises a “genres fusion.” “It can go from very funny to very scary, very exciting to nostalgic,” says the professional.

Still according to him, surprises should expect classic “Doctor Who” fans in episodes 3, 6 and 7.

Travel in time in the history of Brazil?

Doctor Who has already traveled to many places in the history of the world, since he met Vincent Vang Gogh and his works to Jack, the Ripper, and his crimes.

Asking about visiting a Brazilian historical moment, Davies replied, “Well, I can’t just say that I know the history of Brazil very well, but it seems that nothing is out of the Doctor Who. And being one for 62 years, I’m almost sure that I would have one type another 100 years, so we’ll get there, I promise.”

“If we had a filming budget to take me, I would take a plane and be there,” he concluded.

The cast of the new season is also composed of the actors Millie Gibson, Rose Ayling-Ellis, Christopher Chung, Anita Dobson, Michelle Greenidge, Jonah Hauer-King, Ruth Madeley, Jemma Redgrave and Susan Twist.

The series follows the doctor’s journeys, a Gallifrey being, who explores the universe with his ship, Tardis, capable of traveling in time and space. Whenever the doctor dies, he regenerates, taking a new identity, which marks the beginning of a new phase of the series with a new actor on paper.
