Disney+ has confirmed the 2nd season of “Percy Jackson and the Olympians”.
“I can’t wait to bring the next season of Percy Jackson to DisneyPlus! Raise the anchors. Raise the sails. All hands on deck, demigods. We’re going to the Sea of Monsters!”, wrote Rick Riordan, creator of the saga, according to a post on the streaming platform’s networks.

The eighth and final episode of the first season aired on the night of January 30th.
The plot follows Percy, a 12-year-old modern demigod, who is beginning to accept his newfound divine powers when the God of the Skies, Zeus, accuses him of stealing his master lightning bolt.
With the help of his friends Grover and Annabeth, he embarks on a great adventure to find the lightning and restore order to Olympus.
The universe created by Rick Riodian is made up of five books: “Percy Jackson and the olympians” , “The sea of Monsters” , “The Titan’s Curse” , “The Battle of the Labyrinth” It is “The last Olympian” . The series launched by Disney+ must address the events of one work per season.
