Entitled “Civil war” the new international film with the Brazilian Wagner Moura in the cast, got a new trailer this Monday (20). The film is directed by Alex Garland director renowned for his work on “Ex Machina: Artificial Instinct”.
The new record shows more of the A family's struggle to survive in the midst of a civil war of a dystopian future.
As seen in the trailer, the dystopia's fictional president, played by Nick Offerman, calls citizens to arms against “the Florida alliance and the western forces of Texas and California ” for his secession from the United States.
The trailer also features battle scenes from the war taking place in the city of New York and Washington in the United States.
“Civil War” stars actress Kirsten Dunst, who plays a war photographer. Wagner Moura will play a colleague of the protagonist. Both go through the political dangers that the USA faces together.
In addition to Wagner, Nick and Kirsten, the cast also includes Cailee Spaeny, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Jesse Plemons and Sonoya Mizuno.
“Civil War” premieres in Brazil on April 18th this year . The film is produced by A24, one of the largest film studios in the USA.
