After two years and a pandemic, Digitalks returns to the face-to-face format at São Paulo Expo this Wednesday (24) and Thursday (25) with 350 national and international speakers.
The 13th edition of one of the main virtual business and technology events in the country is expected to attract more than six thousand participants in the two days. There are 12 stages and 120 exhibitors.
For Flavio Horta, CEO of Digitalks, one of the highlights is the growth of the startup market. According to him, about 20% of exhibiting companies did not exist before the pandemic.
“New companies had to be born on services and platforms for the general public. Nothing happens alone anymore, it needs to have a digital integration with the service, hence the importance of the event”, he said.
The presenter Phelipe Siani and the executive director of the digital CNN Henrique Simões participated in the event and talked about ethics in the digital world and also about the importance of the meeting.
“The pandemic brought digital very close to us. But eye to eye is still very valuable and a space like this to think about business is essential,” said Siani.
The ABRADi Digitalks Award is also confirmed, recognition of the digital market, which will reward professionals who work in specific segments.
Among the international attractions are speaker Jose L. Barletta, president of Barnews Research and Pilar Mendiola-Fernández, one of those responsible for the marketing strategy of the campaign of former US President Barack Obama.
