Demi Moore wants to assume gray at 62: “There is energy in the hair”

Actress Demi Moore said she was willing to hug the gray strands. At 62, the star believes it can decide to leave her hair natural.

“I look at women who have that amazing gray, especially with long hair, and I find it stunning. I would definitely do that. But I don’t have enough hair to get interesting. Mine is like some scattered strands that make my hair look opaque. In fact, I just started dyeing my hair when I was about 55,” she told People.

The Hollywood artist has undergone several visual transformations throughout her successful career. In 1991, she dyed blonde’s hair to star in the romantic comedy “The Woman of the Butcher”, along with actor Jeff Daniels. Demi joked that the experience left sequelae.

“It was a lot of fun to have blond hair. I think on this way to try to find out who you are, what works and what doesn’t work, it’s a great time for experimentation and discovery. What I realized quickly is that dyeing her own blond hair ends with him.

In 1997, Demi scraped her hair to live Lieutenant Jordan O’Neill in the action movie “Up to the Limit of Honor”, and confessed that she does not imagine repeating the experience.

“I feel very connected to my hair in a different way. There’s a hair energy, you know? But I never like to say never,” he explained.

In addition to aesthetic transformations, Demi believes her work has helped to redefine the space for women in the film industry.

“If I really look at ‘up to the limit of honor’, there was a group of people trying to end the movie even before it premieres. I did ‘striptease’ and ‘to the limit of honor’ in sequence. If the industry was ever against me, it was by releasing these two movies at the same time and becoming the highest paid actress of the time,” she said in an interview with Variety.

“That moment was very empowering for me because it was not just about me; it was about changing the rules of the game to all women. But because I interpreted a stripper, betrayed women. And because I interpreted a soldier, betrayed men,” he recalled.
